E911 Program Manager, West Region. Responsible for managing all aspects of E911 phase 1 and phase 2 deployment, ongoing E911 network sustainment and compliance for Cingular's West Region.

5/96 to 10/05 – Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company / AT&T Wireless/Cingular Wirless

District Manager, Wireless Engineering. Responsible for the design and performance engineering in the greater Los Angeles market.

12/86 to 5/96 GTE Mobilnet

Operations and Engineering Supervisor. From February through May of 1993, assisted in the engineering and country wide launch of Argentina's cellular telephone system (all except Buenos Aires Province).

3/81 to 12/86 Austin Communications

Began work as a technician and was promoted to Service Manager. Supervised 7 technicians and 3 installers in one of Central Texas' largest two way radio and mobile telephone shops.
